Sept. 10, 2009 We as a family lost our mother, grandmother, mother-in-law and one of the best friends anyone could have. My mother-in-law pre-planned & pre-paid for her funeral After many phone calls and many more lies told to us, we've been abused by Russell Marks Funeral Home. We've yet to receive from them the death certificates that we paid "in advance" for, nor have we received the remembrance book marks that were promised to us. We left a special poem to be used on the bookmarks which we have been told has been lost by them. Everyone of us has to die, but......if you have a choice you should go elsewhere for your arrangements. The folks at Russell Marks are very unprofessional, unkind, and uncaring afterwards, unless of course you still owe them money. We paid in full after finding out that the "pre-paid" is just a lie also.
