Management first off is on a first grade level, they have no idea how to run a facility let alone their own image in a profession. If you call out everyone knows your personal business and they hire their personal friends, daughters, in-laws, and boot out staff who have been there for years. That's why they lost a lawsuit against a great CNA who hurt her back then fired her because they couldn't use her anymore. Then Management hired her friends daughter in activities when they fired the CNA because nothing was available. It's who you know not what you know. My father (who has diabetes and a history of heart issues) was not given his medications. He wound up in the hospital retaining fluid, on the verge of congestive heart failure. When asked repeatedly why they did not give him his medication, we received no answers. I would give this place zero stars instead of one, actually. Sure, some of the people that worked there were nice enough, but "nice" doesn't cut it when people's lives are at stake. Do not send anyone you care about to this facility. ...read more
