Be ware of their dishonesty. 1. Took the wife's iphone4 due to it's known home key sticking issue. 2. A lady their looked at it for few mins and acknowledged the problem and offered warranty replacement under our extended warranty. (AT this time, nobody said or aware of charge port having some rust OR did the phone have problems charging) 3. We get the replacement phone and returned the original phone back. 4. Later gets email saying phone has water damage on the charge port and we will be charged $299! 5. Called 800 customer service to complain about the incident. What's really upsetting is that now the store manager has changed the story and indicated to 800 customer service that they have advised of the charging port and we may get damaged fee charge. THIS IS TOTALLY FAULTY. Both of us were present when we dropped of the phone and nobody made such statements. I too had a really bad experience. BEWARE of the return policy which is no returns no matter what. I bought a lens extension kit for my daughter and a new filter for her SLR. I brought the camera and lens in the day I bought these two items. The lens kit was $200 (for macro work). I showed the salesperson the camera and lens and asked if they would work with them. He said he was completely sure (like I was a dummy). When I got home and gave them as a gift it turns out they "fit" the Canon but the macro magnification with this lens is so close that you touch the object you're trying to photograph before it comes in focus. So they really don't "work" even though they "fit". I brought them back within 10 days and explained how they didn't work with the camera and lens and was told there was no return/refund, even though they had said it would work and it did not. Seriously... I never imagined that it was possible to have such a horrible experience wrapped up in one store. It is virtually impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, when you do they are totally unapologetic and completely incapable of providing a solution, and then they send you on the all too familiar 'solution scavenger hunt' where they weigh you down with a million different phone numbers to call in order to seek out a solution, and ultimately when you get to the 'finish' line you discover that everyone was simply deferring responsibility (being lazy) until the one remaining, poor lost soul is left apologizing as he/she has to explain that all along nothing could have been done other than returning their poor quality item that never worked from the second you brought it home, and MAYBE if the forces of nature are in sync with your own that day you won't have to pay a restocking fee. Oh ... what a 'possible' relief after wasting hours on end on the phone and internet. I want a job with Best Buy. You get paid to lie to your customers, then berate them and treat them without an ounce of respect, also if you want to throw in a little annoyance over the fact that they are impeding on your time (which you could be better spending outright lying and berating customers) then a lack of solution with a touch of 'oh well'! Registered for a repair ticket on Samsung support site for our 52" Samsung lcd TV. Ticket was electronically directed to CEI on 2/28/11, as the only repair shop, Samsung recommends for the Raleigh area.\t\n\t\nI checked user reviews of CEI and found mostly unsatisfied postings so I decided to contact another repair shop, Precision TV, for help with the TV. They responded the next day and I was very satisfied wtih their work. Finally, on 3/8/11, I was contacted by a service rep from CEI at which point I told them another service had taken care of me. I don't understand why Samsung lists CEI as their preferred service provider. My experience certainly matched what the other negative reviewers have posted. ...read more

As soon you walk into the store you'll find plenty of products to choose from. The owner (Waiel) is always available for questions and he knows what he is talking about. They have a contract with JL products so those will be the first items that they will try to sell you. The big issue with the store is with the installation. I took my brand new vehicle for a JL sub/amp installation and the guy at the front desk assigned the job to a guy named Oscar. Oscar probably used to work at a construction site before he became an installer. He will treat your car like bricks and rocks. He basically broke several metal clips from the interior, then he tried to fix it like an amateur. He also scratched the door panels with his big boots. The funny thing is that if you are replacing the entire system, the owner will assign the job to a master installer but if you are just replacing the radio or adding a sub, you will get screw with one of the helpers. We were getting married a couple months ago, and I called five different Raleigh companies to check rental prices on an amplifier, microphone, power mixer, speakers, stands, and cables. \t\n\t\nRichard, in the rental dept, was easy to talk with on the phone and explain what we need. He quoted me half the price of the next best place (which was DeeJays). Seriously?! I'm going to get all that for half of what I was looking at?!\t\n\t\nThe day of, I went to pick it up, and there had been a communication mixup regarding what time I was supposed to be there - but Richard was really nice and got everything ready hours earlier than he remembered promising. \t\n\t\nWe laptopped the reception with the rental equipment, and my DJ bro-in-law was SUPER impressed with the quality of the equipment and complete STEAL that we got the rental for. \t\n\t\nI would COMPLETELY recommend Creative Acoustics for sound equipment rental to anyone who asks. 1) Had keyless remote installed in wife's car. The units worked OK at first but eventually did not function consistently. Before we sold the car the two units (even with brand new batteries) would only occasionally open (unlock) the doors but would never lock the doors. The install was a waste of $175.\t\n\t\n2) This place is either too busy or too lazy or something. They will not answer their phone (even during business hours) nor will they return phone calls when leaving a voice-mail message (they ask you to do this).\t\n\t\nI think I will look for a more responsible and more responsive outfit.
