BUYER BEWARE!!! MUST READ BEFORE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY!!! BE CAREFUL EVEN CONTACTING THIS DEALERSHIP OR THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU!!! AFTER INFORMING NATHANIEL WEAVER (OWNER) OF PATRICK SULLIVAN’S (SALES MGR) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN ATTEMPT TO GET EVEN, PATRICK OBTAINED MY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION AND EXPLOITED IT. PATRICK CONTACTED MY BOSS STATING THAT I WAS COMMUNICATING THREATS TO HIS EMPLOYER IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET ME FIRED!!! THAT’S RIGHT…. A USED CAR SALESMAN FROM ELITE AUTO SALES (WHO ONLY HAD MY FIRST NAME AND PHONE NUMBER) SOMEHOW CONTACTED THE OWNER OF MY COMPANY. ALL FOR POINTING OUT HIS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. My contact with Patrick began on Tuesday July 5, 2016. Patrick Sullivan was literally the laziest car salesman I’ve ever contacted… (1) He refused to walk the vehicle and document all major defects not visible in posted pics. (2) He refused to stay past 6:00pm to provide me time to commute to there. (3) He refused to inform me whether or not they had any serious buyers interested in the vehicle. (4) He refused to inform me if the vehicle sold to save me a wasted 4hrs total travel time. (5) When addressing my customer service issues with Patrick, he consistently interrupted by giving reasons why he felt he sufficiently handled all my requests. (6) When addressing my concerns regarding Patrick with Nathaniel Weaver, he literally told me I was being “irrational” for requesting these actions of Patrick and that I “threw a tantrum like a 2yr old because I didn’t get my way.” Exemplary business ethics Nathaniel and Patrick! A+++ In my opinion, ELITE AUTO IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever contacted. Both Patrick Sullivan (sales manager) and Nathaniel Weaver (owner) were extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and ultimately disrespectful.
