I'm a longtime auction fan and found Kathy Mitchell's Raleigh Auction to be the best!\t\n\t\nKathy and her staff have great items and I've gotten some wonderful furniture, knick knacks, and jewelry for super prices. She allows sealed bids (you don't have to be present). I've left bids and not had the item go for my maximum amount, which tells me she runs an honest auction.\t\n\t\nKathy handled my mother-in-law's estate and did everything to make sure the highest possible prices were reached. \t\n\t\nThe caller, Joe, is very good and you can scratch your nose and he doesn't read it as a bid.\t\n\t\nYou may have to go to more than one auction to find what you're looking for, but it's worth it.
