I had always been please until my last visit. Fine if you don't have an issue, but if you do beware, all you get from the management is a bunch of excuses and rationalization. I would prefer to patronize the small locally owned business but it is a two way street, they need to go above and beyond the chains in customer service, that is not what I found at MV. ;-( ...read more

Took my 3 year old grandson to see Pooh movie last week arriving 15 minutes before the movie started - cost $13.50 for a 3 year old and a 60 year old to see an one hour movie! (actually I think it was one hour nine minutes) Apparently unbuttered popcorn is a BIG no-no in the movie world...A standard medium size unbuttered popcorn has 1000 empty calories - do the math to add the butter! Hey, why not just a let fast food place open up in the lobby! We wonder why today's children are such chunks! Well, somebody's tummy revolted...the cleaning product the personnel cleaned up the mess with was so bad, my throat closed up, my nose ran, and my eyes watered until we had to leave....so, really I paid $13 plus for 45 minutes....the manager didn't have a clue. He stood there with his mouth opened when I explained my disappointment. He said not a word................... ...read more
