I was looking for a bouque to give my office assistant for her birthday. I wanted something unique and they went above and beyond to help me get just the right present for her. The florist making the bouque took extra care to make sure the flowers were beautifully arranged and even helped me get it to my car. It was priced reasonable and was the most beautiful flower arrangement. I have made Watkins my florist of choice! ...read more

Kroger - Closed

I USUALLY GO TO HARRIS TEETER FOR MY CATERING NEEDS BUT DECIDED TO GO TO KROGER FOR AN IMPORTANT EVENT. BIG MISTAKE!!!\t\n\t\nAfter viewing the online catering menu, I called andplaced my order for two medium trays of Deviled Eggs at the Krogers on Creedmoor Rd. I assumed this would be a very simple order with no problem, so I made arrangements to pick up the order 2 hours before the event.\t\n\t\nUpon picking up my order, I was extremely surprised to find that the order given to me was NOT CREAMY deviled eggs as pictured on the company website, but four dozen BOILED EGGS CUT IN HALF WITH PAPRIKA SPINKLED ON THEM!!! \t\n\t\nI was informed by the manager that "this is the way we do them, and he could NOT HELP ME FURTHER" If "this is the way " that Kroger makes deviled eggs, the website needs to be corrected to say "BOILED EGGS SLICED IN HALF AND PLACED ON A TRAY".\t\nThe website catering menu was misleading and provided a TREMENDOUS DIFFICULTY on me 2 hours before the event.\t\n\t\nHENCE, I WENT TO HARRIS TEETER WHERE THE CATERING DEPART. WHIPPED UP 4 DOZEN CORRECTLY MADE DEVILED EGGS IN 20 MINUTES!!\t\n\t\nThis is about misleading information, a huge inconvenience and no proper assistance from the very inept store manager.\t\n\t\nI WILL NOT use KROGER Catering again, and will be sure to tell me friends to go else where. Time is money and using Kroger Catering was a very big waste of my time.\t\n\t\n ...read more
