I would recommend Aber Home Inspections hands down to anyone! Firstly, they were able to fit me in right away-which was great. And, I couldn't have asked for a more thorough inspection and detailed report. Mr. Aber conducted my home inspection for my first home purchase. Since I was new to home buying, he walked me through the whole process of why a home inspection is necessary, and what things he was going to inspect for. Even though I was buying new construction, there were still things that the builder needed to give more attention to, and Bob was easily able to point those out for me. I would have otherwise not realized some of the items the builder was sloppy on with the construction of the house. He was very responsive over email, on time, and friendly.
