Tool broke - said it was going to be ready by wed. Dropped it off Friday. Called Wednesday and they had just ordered a part to fix it. It was a simple fix that took them almost two weeks to fix. An 8 year old with a screwdriver could have done it if they had the correct part to replace it with. This store is awesome! Large intricately handcarved wall panels that I have never seen before in my life. The store is owned by a very knowledgable Tibetan. He has a great collection of treasures from Tibet, and other Himalayan countries. The statues are worthy of putting on your altar. Not tourist quality stuff. I walked into this store and was immediately transported into another world of fine art, antiques, and home decorations. This store has great Buddhist art and statues that are the real thing! Best quality I have seen here in the U.S. I found gifts for everyone in my family for the holidays, including those who aren't Buddhists. Great hand made sterling silver jewelery. The shop owner, Mr. Sherab Lama is from Tibet and is very nice. Willing to spend time to explain the history of the products. He is extremely knowledable about the history of Tibet and a very interesting man to talk to. This is absolutely the best Tibetan shop I have visited. Its not the typical shop with little curios and nick nacks, but is really a collection of high quality art and furniture. If you have the time, I would reccomend you visit it.
