NOTICE: Do not live here. I have lived here for a 6 months now and it hadn't been the worst experience until last month. Sure my apartment had needed repairs here and there and been sprayed for bugs but they seemed to take care of the matters. Last month Campus Edge drafted my banking account 3 times for my rent. They did not return the 2 unauthorized rent payments to me for 2 weeks until I got a lawyer involved and he threatened to file a criminal conversion charge with the Raleigh Police Department. The business manager was not sympathetic or helpful and minimized the amount of time and inconvenience suffer by me as a result of not being able to access my bank account, due to their mistake for 2 weeks. Finally they did return my money to me. One would hope this was a one time mistake, unfortunately, this happened to many residents in June (last month), and I have just heard of multiple residents this occurred to this month. ...read more

I have lived at the College Inn for the past two years and I really like the atmosphere and it is extremely close to campus. The prices are affordable and I live the atmosphere. The new management always has food in the office like cookies and they cook out every Friday which is a plus. Things have definitely changed for the good since the new management came in December. I live in a 4 x 4 and like the new renovations and appliances they have added. I would definitely suggest for anyone to live here. ...read more
