I went into this store yesterday and was greeted imediatly by the workers. I was surprised to see how clean and organized the store was. The girl was very knowledgeable and helpful. I must have tried on 10 wigs until I found the one that looked best. Not once did I feel rushed. I have lived in hoke county for three years now. I previously lived in Brooklyn, New York and New York City. I have never encountered such rude, disrespectful customer service and this was from the person (woman) that claims to be the owner. I would not support this store again. Yes I will admit the person I was with was a bit out of line but they give an apology. The owner then felt it necessary to continue raising her voice and telling us we can leave if we don't like her. Gone are the days of treating customers with graduate for shopping in her establishment. I attempted to remind the owner that we are the reason she has a business. She did not care she just kept repeating "this is my store,". I am happy for anyone that is able to run a business but not with that attitude. I would not shop in that store again. ...read more
