Was quoted a 4 to 6 week delivery time on a sofa. 9 weeks later I'm still waiting on my sofa and with no word from store or sales person on when delivery will be made. When I call I get the same BS...we will let you know when we hear something. Poor customer service. Will not buy from this store again. ...read more

I have to say that I was very disappointed in your selection or lack of selection of Snow Babies this year. I have purchased them at your store in the past but there was very little to chose from this year. I hope you will have a better selection in the future. ...read more

Went in for a table and chairs and found one of the ones I was looking for. Was told they could knock off $100 and delivery was $35.99. I decided to give it a couple days and went back to pick it up. Told they could not do the $100 anymore since it was a Labor Day sale (Sept. 15 and 18 was when this event happened, Labor Day was 2 weeks prior). Was told I could have the delivery for half price, $17.99, and told them I would take it. I got the bill with delivery charge of $44.99. I asked the sales rep about the different charge, she said sorry for the misunderstanding, our delivery charge is regular price $90. Then she asked if I was still interested in a bed. Really??
