The shop owner (Ernesto) was very professional and very detailed with his work. My rib piece took longer than expected and it was more than i imagined it to be. His ink has been on me for 2 years now and it looks as if it was done last week. The shop was extremely clean and sterile, all of the needles used were new out of the package and I really liked the fact that he took his time and drew a custom piece for just me.
