My girlfriend and I go to this theatre a lot I am a disabled veteran and normally recieve the military discount given when we go here. Of the many times we have been here the staff has not been too friendly but still not over all to disrespectful. However, our last trip here to see a movie was extremely emotionally distressing the young woman at the ticket booth had an attitude from the start I let it go at first but then she was completely disrespectful and I told her with a few choice words I'm the customer do you treat all your customers like this so why don't you shut your mouth and kindly give us our tickets. Of course the manager and the other worker had to wait until it escalated to this point to step up and of course we the customers were in the wrong. I let them know they would be reported and my girlfriend and I left. Point is we should have never been treated the way we were because we were the customer.
