We reserved a handicapped 1st floor room four weeks in advance. Upon our arrival, it wasn't available. Only room they had was second floor. Not handicapped accessible. TV remote would not work the entire week. WIFI only worked early in the a.m. Only one handicapped parking space available in front of our entrance that was always occupied by non-handicapped. Strewn garbage bags all along the entrance hall to the elevator. The unclean toilet and shower dripped incessantly night & day. Believe me, in my many travels across the country, I would not recommend this dump to anyone. ...read more

Great Hotel with affordable rates next to the airport and Research Triangle Park. Nice rooms with a divided Living Room area with a separate TV, mini-fridge and microwave.\t\n\t\nThe Bar is great, particularly when Chris is working. My first night there I had one beer and spoke very briefly with her. A week later I walked-up and was greeted with ""Hi Rick""!\t\n\t\nAlso, the Capital City Chop House is 75 yards away and has outstanding food. ...read more

Definitely a nice hotel, well-kept, clean, and spacious. But my room was located near the elevator and I heard both doors slamming all night long and could nearly make out the conversation and/or other "activities" happening in the room next door. It was nearly impossible to sleep and when I told the concierge upon checkout he merely smiled an awkward smile and said nothing.
