DO NOT send your loved ones here. Med mismanagement, poor response times to pendant pushes, laundry and trash misses, terrible food, staff appear overworked and miserable, went from a waiting list to multiple vacancies in less than the eight months that the Executive Director (Specialist) has been there yet he states there is nothing being done wrong and that there are no problems. Oh, if you want to work there you'll be happy to know there are NINE current different positions available. You decide what's being done right and wrong. ...read more

This place is terrible. Villages At Oak Tree Club House

I do not live at Oak Tree Village, but visit once a month on the iredell County Public Library Bookmobile. The people at Oak Tree are friendly and willing to help their neighbors, by returning books when a friend cannot. The community center is an activities building with gym and meeting room designed for large and small gatherings. A fireplace, entertainment equipment and small dance floor, plus plenty of seating. A kitchen and library round out activities for a variety of people. The lots are well cared for with small personalized planting areas. Sidewalks and a landscaped natural area make a casual stroll fun. For those needing to store a boat or RV they have a fenced lot. ...read more
