Billy and Mike did a great job of assessing my really excessive crawl space moisture problem which included mold and fungus growth and a failed vapor barrier. One week after their crew was there and my crawl space is completely different and in a 100% totally improved state. Installing the Atmox system has provided the ventilation that was required to bring down the moisture content and I love that garage mounted system that measures the key moisture stats (temp, relative humidity, dew point and wood moisture levels) and **** now tell me if there is a problem developing. I really appreciate Billy's follow up visit and making sure everything is working. Marie T. Positive I've had Intellivent, Inc. do drainage work in the crawl space of my home. They were great! The work was done on time and the workers left everything neat and clean. They gave me options and suggested a sump pump. I wanted the sump pump because of the rain seeping into the crawl space. I was also told that if I had any problems to contact them immediately and they would come to make sure everything was working properly. Marie T.
