This company is terrible. As a former employee, I could tell you horror stories about the lack of professionalism I witnessed day in and day out. Among the MANY issues I saw, the most disturbing thing is that clients' personal information is NOT guarded in the way that it should be. Most of the problems stem from the fact that the people who own the company, who have no background in mental health, started it simply because they saw an opportunity for PROFIT, not out of a desire to HELP people. They don't care if they help you, as long as they can bill for it and make money. If I can prevent even one person from choosing this agency, I will have at least accomplished something. ...read more
