This was the worst experience I've had with Customer Service and professionalism. They lost track of my payments and when I asked them about it they made it seem like I was crazy. Jennifer my rep had an attitude about the entire situation, after I provided my banking statements, no apology nothing just oh we were wrong, which they claim they adjusted (something they had to go thru someone to get done) and it was still incorrect. I didn't have the energy to deal with my rep. I called the 800 number it always referred me back to the Matthews office... I ended up switching to USAA 2 months ago and I still don't have my deposit back. ...read more

Ever since i bought my new car, State Farm has been there for me every step of the way. Not only did they give me a rate less than HALF of everybody else, their renters insurance is also a huge deal.
