My BMW had multiple problems, which the dealer could not seem to fix despite multiple visits and diagnostic tests, which I had to pay for! I TOOK MY CAR INTO THE SHOP.....PAID FOR A FIX...PROBLEM AROSE AGAIN SAME DAY...I CALLED AND TALKED TO OWNER, WHO WAS QUICK TO SAY THAT IT WAS NOTHING HE DID.
