National Cab Co

I am the Office Manager of a local hotel here in Lexington NC, and deal with out of town guests frequently. When a guest needs a cab we call Lexington Yellow Cab. This morning we called a cab for a guest at 8am, it is almost 11am currently and the cab has still not shown up. We will not refer any more of our guests to this cab company after the way we were treated this morning. I can understand a company running behind due to weather, holidays, shortage of drivers etc. but 3 hours late is unacceptable. When I called back to speak with the dispatcher she hung up on me the first time, then when I called back she would hang up on me over and over again. I finally had to call from my personal cell phone to get an answer. When I asked the lady who the supervisor was she said Anthony Lockhart and "its my daddy, so good luck" and click hung up on me again! As a person of business in the Lexington area I find this HIGHLY unproffesional and will not use this company again. ...read more

We used P & B Travels for transportation to Orlando for a cruise on this past Easter weekend. The service was excellent. The driver, Mr. Cook., was very professional and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable. There were 33 of us on the bus and not one complaint from anyone. Mr. Cook was on time for our trip and he was on time to pick us up. He gave us some really good information for our first time cruisers. I recommend you call him for your group travels. His price was the best we found in the triangle area. ...read more
