Had to wait too long to be seen. Then the doctor had someone back in my room who was not a doctor or a PA, looked like a student wanting to see what he was examining on me. Made me very uncomfortable. They were super disorganized, too. Won't go back here. ...read more

Evertime you go to the doctor expect 2.5 hrs wait their always running behind evertime. Always bring your medications but they still wrote the wrong prescription for a medicine mom takes. Most unfriendly nurse that works for Benitez. Will not anwser you questions. They act like its to much trouble. Contact them by phone about any thing you never receive a call back. Very unorganized. Do not like that place. Changing doctors my dog gets a better check up than that. This is my moms doctor, she had a knee replacement 6 weeks ago the doctor knew she was having it. Took her for congestion, He said when are you having your new knee, uh 6 weeks ago. Hes the one who oked to have it!!! ...read more

Everytime I've gone it's been 30-45 minute wait in the lobby, followed by a 30-45 minute wait in the lab waiting room, then another 20-30minutes wait for the doctor. If you see doctor Guerra he will blame everything on fat and tell you your diabetic and if you're not diabetic he says you are about to be come diabetic. Backache- you're fat, diarrhea- you're fat, headache- you're fat. Oh and if you see Valeria L. Andrews who is the nurse practitioner expect to be billed to see Gary T. Benitez who is a doctor there.
