I shopped 3 local companies and found S.A.Sloop to be the most thorough, prompt, and proffesional of the 3. Installation crew was great, later in the day a service tech. stopped by to introduce himself and make sure we understood the operation,maint. and thermostat. No hidden costs, probably due to the fact they did a thourough job before the sale. After calling several companies, I called S.A. Sloop Heating & Air. They were out with in a few hours and completed a thorough inspections of my system.
