I orderd flowers for my wife from a website that contracted with this florist. The flowers were supposed to be delivered during normal business hours from 9-5 pm. The delivery didn't show up until 6 pm and dropped off with the security guard. My wife was already home and wouldn't get the flowers on the day promised. Then we she finally received the flowers in the morning there were broken stems and the flowers didn't look fresh. The website had this florist replace the flowers and deliver them that day. The lady who delivered was not all nice and didn't even take responsibility for the mess up. I would not do business with this florist. I have done business with Young's for many years and have always found them to be very customer service oriented. They have always met or exceeded my expectations. I even took threads of a prom dress to them and they matched the corsage ribbon perfectly. This is a business that has been in Kernersville for many, many years.
