I've lived here for a little over 4 yrs, and I had no problems at all, until the new "manager" Anson was in charge. Now if you want to live in a place where they fine you for the smallest things, want to evict you because there's a candy wrapper in your yard, then this is the perfect place for you. At first the manager would be the friendliest person in the world but once you move in, he does nothing but to fine you for everything. Now if you're going to decorate your garden make sure the manager likes it otherwise he will send you a 30 notice to vacate. I'm getting tired of this and hopefully will be moving soon. But for now I have to deal with it. Oh and by the way, I've never missed a payment, I've always made my rent payments on time, or it would've been worse. My final answer is NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ...read more
