I reserved a truck with this specific location. The day of pick up, a female worker named Marcy was obviously upset with the customer in front of me. I was so appalled by the words that came out of her mouth and her poor customer service not to mention her complete disrespect for the customer, that I took my business elsewhere. I will never use that Uhaul location because of that foul-mouthed employee. Uhaul needs to send in a secret shopper and catch this woman on video. ...read more
