I actually live in Raleigh NC but have family that I visit frequency in Indian Trail. The personnel at this Napa are the most helpful, most courteous people you could ever deal with. The Napa store in Raleigh is nothing like it. We will actually wait for when we are traveling to Indian Trail to do work on our vehicles to get our parts from here. If they don't have it, they go out of their way to find it for you even if it is at another store. John is my favorite because not only is he courteous, he is very knowledgeable. His advise has actually helped us save on repairs more than once. I don't care how much advertising Auto Zone and Advance do, they can never compare to the service at this store.
