Elizabeth Pizza in Hope Mills, NC Restaurant is a waste of money the people on here posting that they like it must not be use to nice restaurants the wait staff are okay but the manager Kristina or whatever her name is the worst restaurant manager I've ever met very unprofessional, and it's not only the way she relate to customers it's the way she dress as well she need to go back to school to be able to manage a restaurant and learn how to dress more professional really what manager would wear a shirt that has an open back and have their bra showing someone help this chick out. Instead of making over the restaurant makeover the staff!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my husband went there to eat today and the food was terrible, I had shrimp Alfredo with fettucine noodles italian sausage which they gave me spaghetti noodles mix with fettucine noodles italian sausage was mush and the shrimp had a bad taste my husband had veal parmesan the veal was hard and the tomato sauce had no flavor tasted. The waitress was nice but when she asked did we want to see the manager we said yes and it took the manager Krisrina 10 to 15 minutes to come to our table when she had pasted us like 3 times previous and when she came to the table she had an attitude and ask so whats wrong with your food and when I told her she just took the food up didnt say she was sorry about our experience or anything and she sent the check back by the waitress to coward to come back to the table herself and didnt even take the food off so I just paid and left maybe they need the money for the new remodel. ...read more

HOT AS VENTS CLOSED IN ROOM RESERVED FOR PARTY. DAD HAD TO OPEN VENTS TO GET AIR GOING. BEWARE OF OVERWEIGHT WAITERESS WITH GLASSES. HER CELL PHONE GOT MISSING (why have it out when u r 2 b working) and one person n a group found it for her outside tossed in grass and all she could do was fuss/cuss at us and we had nothing 2 do with it being gone. AT PARTY BOOKING YOU DO NOT GET ALL INFO. MAKE SURE YOU ASK LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF QUESTIONS AS LOTS OF THINGS YOU DO NOT FIND OUT TILL YOU TRY TO LEAVE. CARPET WAS NASTY AS COUPLE OF LADIES HAVE RA AND HAD TO TAKE SHOES OFF. BOTTOM OF FEET WERE "BLACK AS TAR". CPT NOT BEEN CLEANED SINCE "I BET OWNER WOULD HAVE TO LOOK IT UP TO FIND OUT". FOOD WAS OK.
