The lady who took my information regarding the scheduled delivery entered my contact phone number completely wrong and messed up the entire deliver process. I ended up not receiving my furniture because of an incompetent person, with whom we called and spoke with several times to confirm the contact details and make sure everything was correct. She confirmed and yet still did not have my correct information. I ordered a chair from Coleman, who took 5 weeks to manufacture it and another week to ship it to A&O Home Deliveries. They had it less than one day before shipping off to a third party delivery company who had no business relationship with the company who actually sold me the chair, and has informed me that it will take them THREE WEEKS at least to deliver it to me in Maine. That is completely unacceptable, and the woman I spoke to, Sandy, seemed unconcerned and dismissive. She called the company they gave my chair to, a chair I have bought and paid for already, and asked when it would be delivered, but made no effort to move that date up.
