We are pleased with our new sofa. It arrived in a timely manner relative to our order date. It was extremely well packed and arrived in excellent condition. UPS scheduled delivery time and was prompt. \n\nI would strongly recommend Simplicity Sofas to friends and family. The sofa was well-made and easy to assemble. The contacts I have had with the company have been very good. This smaller sized furniture and the assembly procedure meets the need to nicely furnish tighrt places.We had already done alot of searching for a shorter sofa when we saw your ad in OUR STATE magazine. I received the replacement bed today, and will return the old one in the next 2 days.\nI had to use a different box as I just couldn't make the old one and the pump fit in the same box.\n\nYou folks are great. A few recent comments from our Simplicity Sofas customers: Jeff, I am challenged to find words to tell you how thrilled I am with my new sofa! Not only am I impressed but my brother, Philip, could not stop commenting about how meticulously everything was packaged, obviously a reflection of someone who cares. I do believe he was 'braced' for the reality of assembly; something he could not imagine would be as easy as described on the website. We both looked at each other with an 'all-knowing' expression that fully admitted: "It WAS as easy as they said!" The realization was equally amazing that absolutely nothing was sacrificed for the convenience of delivery and assembly. The sofa is absolutely beautiful! When I received your marketing brochure - I was very pleased with the quality presentation which made me continue and look into fabrics, etc. Your website is very easy to navigate and resourceful. The customer service experience was very pleasant and helpful - all the samples were delivered very quickly. The quality of our furniture is good - very solid. The hardest part was getting the pieces out of the boxes. All of the pieces, etc were there and it was truly really, really easy to put both the couch and chair together. My husband and I are not handy at all ... we are a good test for simplicity and we passed with flying colors! I love the fact that no tools are required, pre-drilled holes are in the right spot and aligned properly.
