Southeastern Kids claim they are a trusted source for quality products manufactured in High Point, NC. However.......Blue Fox Outlet of Winston-Salem North Carolina has filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against the Southeastern Kids Company of High Point North Carolina for inferior product manufacturing and failure to honor their commitment of correcting the problems. About a 1 1/2 years ago we bought a bed from them, but it was only fulfilled after I filed a complaint with our credit card company and an investigation was made. I was hoping the company had changed, but when I got on to get a replacement cord I noticed that the company is still run the same. If you are lucky enough to catch a negative review before they are deleted, take it seriously! I love our bed though :( ...read more

New additions included upgrades to the customer relationship management system, and a new chat support system designed to offer a more well rounded experience for customers in need of service. The Customer Service pages on the Zero Gravity Bed official web site have already been updated to insure new information is made available to visitors. Sleep Number Bed has met it's match! Zero Gravity Bed - New Product Line 'State of The Art Technology'
Technology has come a long way just since last year. Air Pump Technology -- We have made changes to the air pumps we use on our memory foam air mattresses. We have changed manufacturers as well. The new air mattress pump has already proven to be more durable, quite and efficient, using less energy than ever before. Last years product was manufactured by comfortaire and has had it's set of problems as evidenced by the amount of warranty claims, emails and support phone calls. Many of the comfortaire pumps had to be repaired or even replaced under warranty. We aim to change that. We will no longer sell the comfortaire pumps, hand controls or other products. Comfort Technology - We have upgraded our mattress components replacing our dual zone air chambers with our latest technology. A FOUR zone chamber. The 4 Zone chamber construction allows each side of the bed to be adjusted independently. The system allows for separate settings for the torso zone and the head/foot zone for each side of the sleep surface. This eliminates "hammocking," promotes good spinal alignment and relieves sleep disturbing pressure points. Achieve personalized comfort settings from plush to firm without disturbing the other sleeper. Chambers are manufactured from high quality 100% urethane. Urethane is a soft and supple material that is strong and odorless. Urethane possesses excellent air holding characteristics but allows moisture to transpire, keeping the interior dry.
