Before I came to leave a bad review I had the intentions to spit every dirty curse word I could out on this page because of the aggravation this woman has put my family through....but seeing as how I am not the only one with the same issue I will just tell my story so others will have the opportunity to turn away as quickly as they can and find a different attorney. My boyfriend was charged 6 years ago with a DUI under 21 and a drug possession charge. His original attorney was Mrs. Fulkerson's husband which if you look him up you'll come to find his license has been revoked because of pills and drinking, that should have been enough of a red flag to find another attorney. Instead after already spending $2,500 on being represented Mrs. Fulkerson stepped in and took place. She has continued the charge for 6 years... YES LET ME REPEAT 6 FLIPPING YEARS! and now at this point my boyfriend is about to be 24 and is a grown man who has drastically changed his life and is still receiving an education and works everyday to provide for us. She consulted with him and encouraged him on his last court date to plead guilty, which was supposed to drop most of the charges leaving him with just a DUI (under the assumption it would be over 21) and he wouldn't lose his license. To emphasize the matter she CLEARLY stated he would NOT LOSE HIS LICENSE.(We are busy proactive people so she knew this would be the biggest issue) A couple days later he gets a letter saying he must turn his license into the DMV for an entire year. Now every time we try to call she is ironically never available and the assistant, whom I assume the comment below me was referring to, is always unbelievably rude and never responds with any help. Still two weeks from the receiving of the letter and a day before he loses his license we have not received a call back and she is never available the 3 times out of a day we call. Seems to me she is taking one too many lunch breaks. People this lady will absolutely NOT MAKE YOUR SITUATION BETTER, BUT WORSE!! Turn away and SPRINT in the other direction. You have been warned!
