Just moved to the area. Completed an Auth to Disclose for my child's previous Doctor. Previous Doctor's office faxed medical records, but apparently the records were never received or lost/misplaced. The office staff at The Child Health Center weren't as professional as I would expect from a Doctor's office. They were rude on the phone with me and I kept getting passed off to different people and none of them were communicating with each other to know what was going on. I would hope and expect that if you are running a business that you would want the best representatives for your company working at the front desk, since they are the face of your company/practice. People remember a bad customer service experience before they remember a good one; hence, sharpen your customer service skills, improve your staff communication and go above and beyond to earn your patients' trust, confidence, and repeat business! ...read more
