All I can say is that some huge change must have occurred since the previous review was written, We had Kilpatrick reupholster two of our antique chairs and not only was their work very good and respectful of our cherished furniture, but they were prompt in the execution of the process! They delivered our chairs, which were so beautifully done that we could hardly tear ourselves away from them, less than a week after we chose the fabric! We are so pleased with Kilpatrick and Sons that we will share our experience with our family and friends, and will continue to take our business to them. ...read more

If I could give negative stars I would! I took some arm rests from my place of business in, to see what the price would be Friday around 11:00am. Two men said a VERY reasonable fee, they could be ready this afternoon, or tomorrow. I had several other errands so I said I will pick them up Saturday. Gave them my number, and left. My husband went to pick them up Saturday afternoon, and was told by the only guy there, they had gone to a concert last night, and didn't have them done!!!! Said they would get them done Sunday for sure, and would call. NEVER heard from them, I have been calling non stop, went by shop, left note, and still NOTHING!!!! I have to go to work in the morning, and two of our main operatories have no arm rest! I am livid. Please do not count on these people to do anything for you!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!! ...read more
