I do not recommend this real estate company for anybody who keeps their apartment in good order and leaves it clean they will say that they have to send somebody over to clean it even though you have shampooed the carpets and completely emptied it out and say that they cannot return even a cent of your deposit. Even if the owner of the property says it looks fine and you leave it cleaner than when you found it. Jackie (their rental agent) will lie and say they don't automatically charge a cleaning fee but obviously this isn't true. I just received this question from Brenda... Thanks! What a great question! In this economy people are having to take a hard look at their pocket books and budget budget budget. Because of this, we are offering Great pricing for both painting your home. Usually I like to see the square footage and other necessary information firsthand to give an estimate but to give you a good ball park figure I will give you an example. For a home that is Empty and 1200 sq feet- including kitchen, full bath, dining, living room, one bedroom, study I would charge 1200 in which we buy the paints- plus $60 for supplies which we leave for you when we are done (ie paints, paint roller etc), and 950 where you buy the paints and supplies. For the same type home if it was full of furniture that needed to be moved there would be a fee for moving furniture, ie time. Now there are many variables that could make this job cheaper or more expensive and so with this I would prefer to see the location firstahnd. I hope that helps you out.
