Rogers towing is a very unprofessional company. My husbands car broke down and we immediately called for towing services from Rogers, they assured us they would pick up our car at 9:00 AM the next day. When we called that morning to confirm they rescheduled us to 11:00. I waited by the car from 10:45 AM until now, 12:35 PM and they still are NOT here. I called twice and both times they acted as if they do not remember me calling for their towing services, and they keep saying they will be here in 3 minutes but I have been waiting for 2 hours and they still have NOT showed up. Lord knows when they will decide to actually do their job and pick up my car. Needless to say I will NOT be using Rogers towing services in the future. ...read more

0n 02/25/14 I ordered service to have my truck pulled out of the ditch through AAA at 2:00 PM. Billly's Wrecker never called me after being assigned by AAA. Finally I received Billy's number from AAA and called them. The dispatcher told me that the wrecker would arrive between 4:00 and-4:30 PM. At 5:00, the driver called me and told me he was in Brevard which is about 15 minutes from my home. The driver never showed up nor did he call me. I called the driver's cell phone twice but he never answered his phone. At 6:30 PM AAA called and told me the driver could not make it because of weather which was just an excuse because at that point we had less than 1/2" of snow. I called the owner of Billy's at 7:00 PM and he would not even offer an apology....just excuses. I would never use Billy's Wrecker for any service. ...read more
