We thought yesterday, maybe spring was here. Daffodils had actually started blooming and the air was fresh with birds singing and sun shining. Then around noon, that bad north wind began to blow and by 4pm snow was coming down again! Why do we still have to wear coats, hats and gloves in mid March. Not being a North Carolina native, I really am not used to the quickly changing weather patterns of these mountains. I am beginning to understand that you can't understand them, you just have to adapt to them!
