TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. I paid rent on time every month, management lost rent two months, and I am responsible for paying it back. Management is very unprofessional, taking no care of rent turned in each month. I have put in many maintenance request, and none have been filled. Neighborhood / community is sketch, not a good place for kids. No background check required, police cars have swarmed the residence before. Brown Investments ( the property owner) is not a business I would recommend either. Rent is too high for old apartments, I was fooled up front into thinking it was a promising place to reside. The place is basically falling apart, and as previously stated, maintenance is zero help. The things that are listed as amenities are all very old, and not usable. Bugs are a bit of an issue as well, be prepared to take care of that on your own. ...read more

Moving can be a stressful time. You have to worry about loading and unloading everything and a host of other duties. The most important part of moving is loading the moving truck. Planning ahead when loading the vehicle will make the mover go much smoother. ...read more
