We negotiated a price of $90 for biweekly cleaning with 30-45 minutes of extra work detailed during negotiation. The girls came to clean 3 times. The third time, they asked for more $$$ and refused to do some of the pre-negotiated chores. The girls claimed management would call. Now, a week has passed and no one called me. I'm very disappointed. Their website doesn't provide an accurate description about what they are willing to do. They do an average basic cleaning.
