This attorney had represented my mother on a Civil Restraining Order. My mother was struck in her face leaving severe bruising which attorney Lindley had pictures of. Lindley was paid in full well before the court date. My mother is disabled, recovering from surgery, in severe pain and cannot walk. My mother went to the court house several times, unnecessarily, only to find that the case was to be continued. One of which times attorney Lindley simply didn't show and we were informed, by the defendant’s attorney, that she had an emergency and would have to continue the case. Lindley had received letters from the defendants attorney, after being paid in full and before the court date, which she simply mailed to my mother with no explanation...it could not be interpreted without an attorney. On the day of the case, mom had waited, in pain, five hours, while crying, to watch Lindley fail. Her abuser now rides by her home and makes phone calls to the home as well.
