Office was old looking and waiting area was dirty like it hadn't been vacummed in weeks. Staff was noticably cold and indifferent. The Nurse was very personable and attentive but the doctor took forever and seemed in a hurry when he finally saw me. I gave blood and the person that took it didn't even say good morning or anything else other than "sit here". Just not a friendly place consuidering it is a health car providor. Back in 01/23 i visit moses cone urgent care , because i feel pain in my throat.. Sofia Leaslie supposed to assisted me with my issue.. All attention i 've got 2-3 minutes of her time, because she was so much on hurry and dont even look my throat.. She prescribed me antibiotic pinecelin, wich dosent help me at all, just destroyed my immunity system..So, i have no choice after that i goo to onother urgent care . The medicine other doctor prescribed actually helped me and i feel much better now.. i think Sofia Leslea need to pay more attention for her patiants and understend responsibility to be a doctor... ...read more

Went in to get my daughter seen, we have no health care insurance, the lady was very ignorant upon finding out that we had no health insurance. I had the money to pay but they would not give me a firm price. She could not estimate, she could only tell me that i would be "held" until full payment was made. RUDE RUDE RUDE, not everyone has health insurance. The customer service here is sub par at best. Went to CVS clinic with no issues, they helped us out on the prescription and my daughter is feeling better already. Unless your in dire need or you have stellar insurance do not go here unless you want to be treated like a low life. ...read more
