The Oxford housing Authority Executive Xavier Worthom has been harassing the mother of my children. She is a resident at 216 Hillside Dr in Oxford NC. I tried to talk to him about central Air, pluming problems, cracked floors, bugs and etc... but instead he focuses on keeping me from seeing my kids by putting me on the ban list. Because of this I was forced to seek higher authority by talking to board of directors Willie Darby.i am very concerned parent who wants his kids to live in a safe environment and not in place where they are always worried about getting put out of their home.
