If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid living in an apartment managed by this company if at all possible! They will try to take you to court any chance they get and make you pay the court costs. One of the ladies that works in the office told me my rent wouldn't be late if I turned it in on a specific day and when i got to the office to pay they had initiated a complaint against me in small claims court. I tried to talk with them about the confusion in a calm manner and wanted to pay my rent but they refused and went forward with the complaint.
