TSmith plumbing came to my residence on February 19, 2015 to "unclog sewer" as my receipt states. Two younger gentleman were here for 20 minutes at the most. (They advised they ran a 100 foot snake.) But I surely didn't mind paying the $200.00 after trying to fix the issue myself for the past five days and using multiple drain cleaners from Lowes. February 23, 2015 I discovered the issue was back. Thinking that oh man something was terribly wrong I contacted this plumbing agency again whom advised "I can come back out and run a camera for $425.00, but I will cut you a deal on clearing the clog and only charge you $175.00." I could not believe what I heard. So I decided to rent a 100 ft. snake from Lowes and about 60 to 75 feet in using the snake I hit the "sewer clog." It is now mid March and I have no plumbing issues. We had a bad experience with another plumber and ultimantly had to let them go. We contacted Tony to finish what they had started. He showed up have us a quote and had the job done the same day. Tony himself came the next day at 5 o'clock to make a few adjustments to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great company and i would recommend them to anyone! ...read more
