I burned two tons of these during the winter of '09. Previously I burned Rockwood Pellets. I found many fines and very, very long pellets in the bags which caused numerous auger jams. I also had small clinkers where Rockwood never had anything but very light ash. Also, I felt that the heat value was not as great with the CWP although I can't prove that. When I conveyed the info to CWP twice, I never received a reply so I guess they don't care. Not very customer focused.
