I own a building that AAIMS manages. My building has never looked so good after they took over. Agent took advantage of a desperate person with bad credit and made them think that there substandard, dirty apartment was all they can get. Rented out a dirty apartment, with many safety violations and many repairs and missing items on an "as is" rental one year agreement on a struggling single mother. With the substandard conditions in this apartment and they still asked for a full security deposit when the house will probably be repaired by the tenant with no compensation by the landlord. ...read more
