They don't even deserve a one star... Kristen on Ramsey st Fayetteville Nc at Merle Norman dyed my childs hair and it turned white orange and yellow. Kristen put a toner on it and it did nothing for it and let her leave like that. I called and Tyler answered and would not allow me to talk to the manager Dawn. He said they would fit it with a toner and high lights.. but when asked if they would just dye it brown they would not unless charged us again $25 more dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not even give Merle Norman on Ramsey St a one star!! They dyed my daughters hair blond from brown.. Now her hair is orange white and yellow. Charged her $70 for that.. They want to charge her $25 to dye it back brown. They want to put a toner on it (which Kristen did yesterday) So why do they think that is going to help it today!! Nor of my family will go back to Merle Norman on Ramsey St and I posted pics and showed all my friends on facebook how awful they messed up my childs hair.!!!!!!!
