AHS send a plumber to my residence due to a leaking refrigerator. Contractor said I needed a part(as usual). Said it would take about 4-5 days. Over a week later, no part, no call, no plumber. I called AHS, after a 30-minutes wait, a non-speaking Rep answered and told me she would call the company(put me on hold). 40-minutes later, the connection drop. I thought she would call me back since I had just spent 70- minutes on this call. No she did not. Of course, I call back and had to go back to another 30- minutes wait until I got another non-speaking rep. except for this time, she read the notes and said that I could not have another contractor come to the house (which I requested) because the previous one had already come out.
