I only had my daughter here a month. Every time I came to drop off and pick up my daughter she would keep me there like 45mins telling me all these negative things about my daughter. She never had anything positive to say. She always seemed very overwhelmed and frustrated. If you don't agree with her she will pretty much tell you she's not watching your child and tell you to leave. She should not be running a 24 HR daycare because she has school and complains that she feels like she's a prisoner in her own home and walking on egg shells.
