I was traveling through Fayetteville to get back home and the unspeakable happened! My car started smoking and overheating! I was by myself and still 4 hours from home...I called my roadside and a tow truck from Safe Tow arrived within 15 minutes!! The gentleman who was driving the tow truck was absolutely awesome! He asked if I would be interested in taking my car back to their repair facility. I agreed! I am so glad I did!! The people there treated me like family! They even bought me lunch! You can't say that about a lot of places!! The kindness that these people showed me was unreal! They explained to me exactly what was wrong with my car and even showed me! The prices they gave me beat a lot of other repair facilities because I called and compared! They had me back on the road in no time and my car runs absolutely great! So I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have read some other reviews and there's absolutely no way those bad reviews could be about these people! Thank you Safe Tow crew!! ...read more

This business closed in October 2012. IF you have any dealings with this company, it should not have this name attached to it. If so, you have been had! A new owner came in and changed the name a little bit and what he and she do, has no reflection on past management/ownership. ...read more
